Keller Financial Group · Since 1998

Your business is the largest asset you'll ever own. We help you turn it into the life you want.

The Lifecycle

Three phases of an owner's life. One firm, the whole way through.

01 / Build

Build your company's value.

Make the company worth more, and able to run without you.

02 / Transition

Turn it into wealth.

Prepare and execute the exit, on your terms.

03 / Steward

Leave a legacy.

Put the wealth to work for the life and the people you care about.

One team — Keller Financial Group — the whole way through.

A single relationship from the first year of building to the generation that inherits what you built

Why KFG

The strategic depth of an experienced advisor. The instincts of someone who's signed the front of a paycheck.

Most owners get a choice: specialists with deep expertise who never talk to each other, or one friendly firm that does a little of everything, lightly. Neither one can actually steer your business and your wealth toward the same goal. So we built the firm that can.

01

One team, steering both sides at once.

Your business and your personal finances aren't two topics — they're one system. A distribution decision is a tax decision is a retirement decision is a what's-the-business-worth decision. Because the same people run your bookkeeping, tax, planning, and investments, we can steer all of it toward the life you're aiming at — not just file the paperwork after the fact.

02

Business owners helping business owners.

Everyone at KFG owns or has built a business. We don't just talk about cash flow, hiring, or financial planning conceptually — we deeply understand them on a personal level because we're operators too.

03

Big-firm thinking with decades of lower-middle-market expertise.

Our team has the rare combination of experience working in big firms known for their strategic and investing prowess, and small-business DNA from nearly three decades of advising owners on their most pressing financial and strategic questions.

Drew and Dwayne Keller
Big-firm thinking · Operator empathy · One integrated team

A practice built around long relationships.

Dwayne Keller founded KFG in 1998 because he was tired of watching business owners get handed off — from accountant to investment guy to planner to attorney — with nobody actually holding the picture together. He set out to be that person. He and his son Drew now lead the firm's next chapter: the same firm, with a sharper model built to do more for the owners it serves.

Many of our clients have been with us for decades. Many were referred by someone whose family we've worked with for a generation.
